The Ohio Preservation Council (OPC) invites you to join us for a virtual “Getting to Know OPC” Meet & Greet as part of our November meeting.
During the session, we will introduce OPC and share more about:
- Who we are and the organizations and professionals we serve
- Preservation resources and grant opportunities available to members and non-members
- Professional development grants and educational programming opportunities
- Ways to connect with colleagues and seek advice about preservation challenges
- Opportunities to become involved in OPC, including interest groups and leadership roles
Whether you are responsible for preservation as a primary part of your job or simply find yourself caring for collections without extensive preservation training, we hope this will be a welcoming opportunity to learn about OPC, meet colleagues from across Ohio, and discover resources that may be useful to your institution.
